Complete the Online Information Intake Form below;

Bring the following documents:

  1. Drivers License;
  2. Passport or Birth Certificate for proof of U.S citizenship;
  3. Unexpired FAA Medical Certificate;
    (If you never had one before, talk to a FAA Aviation Medical Examiner. You can find a list below)
  4. All previous Pilot Licenses;
    (if any)
  5. Aircraft Rental Insurance;
    (only needed for solo flight, see blow for coverage requirements)
